LTMP manage events in Lowestoft town Centre and the provision of Christmas Lights FROM Jan 2008

All income generated through Promotional activities, Public information Pillars (Pip’s) and events in the Town centre are to be used for the provision of the Christmas lights
Any surplus to be used to promote Lowestoft Town centre

At the end of each financial year LTMP produces accounts covering all of above within 2 months of year end.
Each event will carry a risk assessment available for the council from the LTMP website
Public Liability Insurance of not less than £5,000,000 for all any single event – copy available on website
All relevant licenses in place e.g.; premises license and to produce on request. – Also held on LTMP website
